These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and qqamaxwin ("qqamaxwin," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://qqamaxwin.org.

5. Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of qqamaxwin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

qqamaxwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds, or permanent account closure at qqamaxwin's sole discretion.

You may only hold one (1) qqamaxwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: qqamaxwin is required by PAGCOR to conduct identity verification on all accounts before processing withdrawal transactions. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, or UMID) and a recent selfie. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qqamaxwin login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. qqamaxwin does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment accounts that are verified as belonging to the registered qqamaxwin account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash: Typically under 5 minutes for verified accounts with standard amounts
• PayMaya: Typically under 15 minutes
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank / UnionBank: 1–3 business hours
• Large withdrawals (₱50,000+): May be subject to additional verification per PAGCOR compliance requirements

qqamaxwin reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, qqamaxwin may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): qqamaxwin complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law. Deposits and withdrawals that trigger AML reporting thresholds will be processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

qqamaxwin offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback, and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real-money funds in a player's account are used before bonus funds in all wagering calculations.

qqamaxwin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who attempt to exploit bonuses through prohibited strategies (including but not limited to: low-risk betting combinations, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts) will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

All games available on qqamaxwin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories recognized by PAGCOR. Game outcomes are generated randomly and are not subject to manipulation by qqamaxwin or any third party.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages across a statistically significant number of game rounds. Individual sessions may deviate substantially from the published RTP. Past game outcomes do not affect future game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that prevents a game from completing normally, qqamaxwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. qqamaxwin is not liable for losses caused by technical failures of the player's device, internet connection, or third-party software.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqamaxwin platform:

1. Registering while under 21 years of age or while subject to a self-exclusion order
2. Creating more than one account
3. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain unfair advantage in any game
5. Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in multiplayer games
6. Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits
7. Attempting to launder funds through the qqamaxwin platform
8. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to Support immediately
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward qqamaxwin staff or other players
10. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any qqamaxwin software, content, or intellectual property

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and/or referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

qqamaxwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools accessible through your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect.

21+ Rule Enforcement: Any account found to be operated by a player under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all wagers placed will be void, and any remaining balance (less any winnings) will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gambling policy.

All content on the qqamaxwin platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of qqamaxwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

qqamaxwin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any qqamaxwin content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, qqamaxwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you in your qqamaxwin account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qqamaxwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

Nothing in these Terms limits qqamaxwin's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by qqamaxwin's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

qqamaxwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

qqamaxwin will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, AMLC, and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law, and with payment processors necessary to facilitate your deposits and withdrawals.

qqamaxwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the qqamaxwin platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the qqamaxwin platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting qqamaxwin Support. qqamaxwin will endeavor to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
